Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Game Changer. Our refund policy aims to provide you with fair solutions in various situations.
1. Right to Refund
1.1 You have the right to request a refund in the following situations:
-The product is defective or damaged.
-You have changed your mind within thirty (30) days of receiving the product, in accordance with our Return Policy.
2. Refund Request Process
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the company of their decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement using the withdrawal form available on our website.
Our customer service will provide you with return instructions, including the return address and any other necessary information.
Carefully package the product in its original packaging (or equivalent packaging). The customer must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than thirty (30) days after communicating their decision to withdraw. This deadline is considered met if the customer returns the goods before the expiration of the thirty (30) day period.
Our customer service will provide you with the necessary instructions and may ask for additional details, such as photos of the defective product. You will need to return the product in accordance with our Return Policy to be eligible for a refund.
3. Conditions for a Refund
3.1 Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code stipulates that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods unsealed by the consumer which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
- If they have been worn or their packaging unsealed, the seller may refuse their return for hygiene reasons, provided that this restriction is mentioned in their general terms and conditions of sale (CGV).
- If the socks are new, unworn, and still in their original packaging, the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal and request a refund or exchange.
3.2 The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging, except in the case of a defect.
3.3 Refunds will not be processed until the returned product has been received and evaluated by our team.
4. Refund Amount
4.1 The refund amount will be equivalent to the initial purchase price of the product, excluding delivery fees, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
4.2 Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
5. Refund Processing Time
5.1 Once the returned product is received and evaluated, we will process the refund within fourteen (14) business days.
5.2 The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial purchase. For credit card payments, please note that processing time may vary depending on your card issuer.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
6.1 If you request a refund due to a defective or damaged product, please follow the process described in our Return Policy.
