Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Game Changer. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy offers flexible options.

 

1. Return Period

You have thirty (30) days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return.

 

2. Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.

Customized products are generally not eligible for returns, nor are perishable or hygienic products, such as intimate haberdashery items, which cannot be returned for obvious hygiene reasons.

Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code stipulates that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods unsealed by the consumer and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

-          If they have been worn or their packaging has been unsealed, the seller may refuse their return for hygiene reasons, provided that this restriction is mentioned in their general terms and conditions of sale (CGV).

-          If the socks are new, unworn, and still in their original packaging, the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal and request a refund or exchange.

 

The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging, except in case of a defect.

Refunds will not be processed until the returned product has been received and assessed by our team.

 

3. Return Process

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the company of their decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement using the withdrawal form available on our website.

Our customer service will provide you with return instructions, including the return address and any other necessary information.

Carefully package the product in its original packaging (or equivalent packaging). The customer must return the goods to the address provided without undue delay and, in any event, no later than thirty (30) days after communicating their decision to withdraw. This deadline is deemed to have been met if the customer returns the goods before the expiry of the thirty (30) day period.

 

4. Refund

4.1 Once we have received the returned product and verified that it complies with our return policy, we will process the refund within thirty (30) business days.

4.2 The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase, unless you have expressly agreed to another method. In the case of credit card payment, please note that the processing time may vary depending on your card issuer.

4.3 If the returned product does not comply with our return policy, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a portion of the refunded amount based on the condition of the product.

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

5.1 Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

An error was made on our part in processing your order.

5.2 We may provide a prepaid return label in situations where we are responsible for return costs.

 

6. Defective or Damaged Products

6.1 If you receive a defective or damaged product, please make a claim upon receipt of said goods. These reservations must be made in writing within five days of delivery, by email.

6.2 Provide details of the defect or damage, and attach photos if possible to speed up the evaluation process.

6.3 We will take the necessary steps to resolve the problem, such as sending a replacement or issuing a refund or credit.

 

7. Changes to the Return Policy

We reserve the right to update this return policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon their publication on our website.

7.1 Changes to the return policy will not be retroactive and will only affect transactions made after the update date.

7.2 We encourage you to regularly consult our return policy to stay informed of any changes.

7.3 By continuing to make purchases on our site after the publication of changes, you accept the updated terms of our return policy.
